Exercise
I searched about type of exercise. I'm going to introduce about some kind of exercise, and this is one of my searching. It's physical training, and this training is grouped into three types by effect of the training. First group is that improving mobility and limberness of the joints. These are limbered up by doing stretching exercise. Second group is training called aerobics exercise such as waking, jogging, cycling, and swimming. Our cardiopulmonary function is improved by this training. Third group is training called anaerobic exercise such as weight training. Such training amplifies our muscles.
