Vegetable's Recipes

I'm going to introduce some vegetable's recipe. There are many type of recipe which vegetables used. For example, types are mayonnaise recipe, dressing recipe, jam recipe and pasta sauce recipe.


At first, I'm going to introduce one of mayonnaise recipes. It's "a bowl of rice topped with salad and tuna cooked together". Its calorie is 704kcal, and cooking time is 10 minutes. It looks like very delicious.

Next is one of the dressing recipes, and it's " tomato salada" This calorie is 24kcal, and cooking time is 5 minutes. It's very healthy. I want to eat this, and I hope that you eat this.


Another is jam recipes. Do you know? I have never heard it. It is "vegetables and beefsteaks decolated by orange sauce" Orange marmalade is added to this recipe. I think this is very strange recipe because I have never heard adding orange marmalade to salads and beefsteaks. This calorie is 372kcal, and cooking time is 20 minutes. There are beefs, onions, garlic, red paprika, pumpkins, peas, watercress, soy sauce, sake, salad oil, salt, and pepper in this food. This is very strange food, but maybe this is delicious. I want to eat this.


Last recipe is one of pasta sauce recipes. It is "mushroom and cucumber stir-fried by garlic". This is strange recipe, too. This calorie is 137kcal, and cooking time is 10 minutes. There are cucumbers, oil sauce(garlic & red pepper), mushrooms, quail eggs boiled in water. I have never heard this recipe, but I want to try eating.

Exercise

I searched about type of exercise. I'm going to introduce about some kind of exercise, and this is one of my searching. It's physical training, and this training is grouped into three types by effect of the training. First group is that improving mobility and limberness of the joints. These are limbered up by doing stretching exercise. Second group is training called aerobics exercise such as waking, jogging, cycling, and swimming. Our cardiopulmonary function is improved by this training. Third group is training called anaerobic exercise such as weight training. Such training amplifies our muscles.
